Small pair of bronze English Regency lions

Beautiful small pair of majestic early 19th century patinated bronze English Regency recumbent lions set on later grey marble bases. Possibly orignally from a pair of candlesticks or perhaps a large clock. Naturalistically modelled male lions in the manner of Edwin Landseer. English, circa 1825.
