Small pair of French Empire Bronze and Ormolu Candlesticks

A beautiful and fine pair of early 19th Century small French Empire gilt and patinated bronze ormolu table candlesticks of diminutive form. Probably for a secretaire or bureau. Good quality casting and chasing with typical empire period decoration. Circa 1820.
