CA1055 Grand Tour Model of the Temple of Castor and Pollux

Good size Grand Tour 19th Century alabaster scale model of the Temple of Castor and Pollux based on the original in the Forum in Rome. Nicely figured pale white alabaster. Finely carved Corinthian columns, walled base and decoration to the frieze and architraves. Good condition for age. Italian, circa 1870.
