Grand Tour Classical Bath Desk Tidy

Rare 19th Century Grand Tour patinated bronze and marble desk tidy in the form of a classical Roman bath, or sarcophogus, on lion paw feet. Very unusually decorated with four relief heads of Bacchanalian satyrs with grapes in their hair. Sitting on a white marble and black slate stepped base. Circa 1850.
