Beautiful, complete pair of early 19th Century French Empire period brûle parfums, or pastille burners, in patinated and ormolu gilt bronze. Tri-legged athenienne style stand with beautifully cast and chased rams head terms on triform socle bases. Rarely seen with the original burners. Filagree fret cut lids with acorn finials. Fine quality beautiful examples. France, circa 1810.
